The location is marvellous, 1 mile from Douglas Trail. Distance to a restaurant takes 700 feet. The room is reasonably large and essentials you need, including television with satellite channels, climate control, and a microwave, is right there. Private bathroom is excellent.

Wonderful venue, magnificent location very close to shops, greatly enjoyed our stay. Large room with computer, printer plus all the equipments, perfect fit for our needs. We had a microwave oven, coffee/tea makers and a refrigerator in the room.

I recently stayed at the Springhill Suites near St Mary's for my husband's appointment. The location was extremely convenient, with parking right next to the hotel. The room itself was comfortable and had the added bonus of two televisions. We have always found the room rates to be reasonable, making this our go-to hotel when we have appointments at Mayo Clinic. it was a great stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was excellent, the room was good sized, everything was perfectly fine. The breakfast was free with fresh made waffles, with a lot of food. The service was excellent, totally satisfied. Furthermore, high-speed internet access worked in the rooms. The hotel had a convenient location in a nice area.

The property was in an awesome location really close to the Mayo Clinic / Saint Mary's, the tournament, and the Mayo campuses.

We were pleasantly surprised by our room on the 4th floor at Springhill Suites. The king-sized bed was extremely comfortable and the layout felt spacious with a large window and a lovely long turquoise sofa. The room also had a desk and kitchen area, as well as a separate sink, toilet, and shower. We were very pleased with the room. The pool and hot tub had ample open hours, and the breakfast provided was satisfying. we wish we had spent all of our nights at this hotel and look forward to future stays!

The room at Springhill is spacious with the beds and sitting area. We arrived here early and our room was already available. Rochester is a nice city to be and we had a good time.

SpringHill Suites is across the street from the east end of St. Mary's Hospital, so the location is excellent (although you have to walk a bit to get to a sidewalk). They have a decent amount of usable free parking and the rooms are nice for the money (not a full "suite-type" room, as there is only one tv, but it swivels to face the couch or bed). The lobby is nice and the breakfast includes self-bake waffles and a good selection of other items.

As of Thanksgiving 2011, they are doing remodeling, so there is a bit of a smell, and there may be noise during the day.
